How The Fundraiser Works

Positive Post

1. STUDENTS

  • If permitted to create a profile, then students can post positive content individually.
  • If privacy concerns do not permit students to create individual profiles, each classroom works together to find or create positive posts that they feel will make others smile (messages, photos, gifs, videos, web links, etc.).

2. TEACHER

  • All faculty members can post positive content via their individual profile.
  • If privacy concerns do not permit students to create individual profiles, each classroom teacher places their students' chosen posts onto the school "Smile Feed" on behalf of their class. This ensures that all privacy guidelines are being met and that no student information of any kind is being collected.

1. INVITE PARTICIPATION (Push-Button)

Use your current school communication methods (email, text, social media, school website, digital newsletters) to send your Participation Request Link to all of your faculty and parents asking them to participate and share the link with as many of their email and social media contacts as possible.

2. APPROVE POSTS (Push-Button)

In addition to your classrooms, all parents and community members can also submit positive posts to your school "Smile Feed." However, you and your staff will have 100% push-button control over which posts will become visible, thus GUARANTEEING that only positive posts of your school's standards will ever appear in your "Smile Feed."

3. RECEIVE FUNDS

Your "Smile Feed" and your Participation Request Link both possess Contribute buttons, so that participants can easily make a financial contribution to your school. With your help, we can set up your online account in minutes, so that all funds will be deposited directly to your account.

4. (Optional) PROVIDE CLASSROOM INCENTIVE

Participants can cast "Smile Votes" for posts that make them smile. This allows you to reward the Classroom whose posts create the most smiles.

1. PROVIDE PLATFORM

House, maintain, and update your "Smile Feed" for the duration of your Fundraiser.

2. CREATE LINK

Create your customized Sponsor Request Link.

Sponsors "Thank You"

3. RECOGNIZE SPONSORS

Provide daily updates to your "Thank You" display that houses all of your Sponsors' names located alongside your "Smile Feed."

4. REWARD SPONSORS

Provide image buttons alongside your "Smile Feed" with direct links to business websites for Corporate Sponsors that contribute $500 or more.

Thank You Message

5. THANK SPONSORS

We email a "Thank You" message and Tax Deduction Form to all Sponsors on your behalf.

We invoice you at the END of the fundraiser from a percentage of the profits that our Platform & Service helped you raise, thus providing great incentive for us to do a very good job for you!
